Damn! Feels like I know what to do with the rest of my life.

Stressed

I just meet with my supervisor to discuss a proof that he wanted me to revise. Thesis is already submitted. But before even I could explain my proof he kept saying NO. As in no meaning absolutely nonsense, shut up NO. I hate such instance. Makes me nervous for my defense. I hope things go well.

In the meantime, I left my laptop cord and charger at the office. Gonna go back tomorrow, Saturday. I'll get some of my books too. Sigh.

Nostalgia

So I went downtown. First stop is Mickey D for a quaterpounder with cheese, and with my coupon got a medium fries and medium softdrink as well for free. Then I went to Chapters, no Lego minifigures series 6 but they do have the kobo wifi covers for five bucks. Probably I'll buy one tomorrow on their other Kingston branch. Went down further Princess street. A lot have changes, a lot of new stores, but old ones still there. Check Minotaur, no series 6 still. Then SDM, nothing to buy. Finally, CIBC at Bagot street to get some cash. I miss Kingston, been my home for 4 years while doing my PhD. I realized I could have explored the city more. But anyways, all my memories of Kingston are good.

Tomorrow, I will take the K transit to do some sight seeings and shopping, free ride with my student ID. But for now I am here in my office. In the basement of Jeffery Hall, will spend the night here. Still I can't afford a room. Lights off now. Maybe sleep early so I'll have the energy to meet my old friend, Kingston, again tomorrow. Sweet dreams.

EDIT: I forgot to add that I went to the Dollarama store at Princess street before going to Minotaur. I kind of hate that store since it reminds me of my dark ages, those days when I ate noodles 24/7. I realize I have been buying stuffs that are not that efficient, but is cheap btw. It's actually hit or miss for that store. Some are good, some are okay, some regrets. and the nostalgia continues..

Back in K-town!

I left Scarborough at around 9AM. The bus is suppose to be there like 8:30 AM. I waited in cold for more than 30 minutes, and people don't even respect the line. I'm not racist but mostly Chinese do this. I did pushed my way in and never looked back, damn I deserve that good warm seat. After a few minutes, I dozed off, and woke up when the bus is about to make its stop at Kingston bus terminal.

Business started ASAP. I completed my off-campus study request, and then went to the copy center to print three copies of my thesis. I spent $86 all in. The guy there said there's a 24-hour turn around blah blah blah.. but I could get it in an hour if I pay another dollar. That's funny.

I also renewed my ISI Card. Went to the campus computer store to browse some laptop, nada! Went to library to get some books in preparation to my thesis defense in a month. Now, I'm blogging.. bored, hungry. I need to go to downtown and eat then buy some groceries. I will be spending the night at my office. Not new, I did it too a couple of times now. Ciao!
